Comment 12 Daniel Horák 2026-02-02 07:08:23 UTC
After further observation it looks like it is somehow related to connected Bluetooth headphones. If the headphones are not connected, it seems to be quite stable, but when connecting them or when connecting to some meeting (Google Meet, Teams or even Slack Huddle) and the bluetooth headphones are connected, it always/usually crash. It might be related to the automatic switching between "headphones" and "handsfree" mode of the bluetooth headphones.
Also I tried it with two different bluetooth headphones and it behaves the same.

Comment 13 Daniel Horák 2026-02-04 20:56:19 UTC
Looks like workaround is downgrade of following two packages to this version:

wireplumber-0.5.11-1.fc43.x86_64
wireplumber-libs-0.5.11-1.fc43.x86_64

(and prospectively locking it: dnf versionlock add wireplumber wireplumber-libs)

Please test the package in my copr repo to confirm it fixes the issue.
