Available in EPEL-8 and EPEL-9

The kf5 frameworks in epel8 and epel9 haven't had an update for a full year and are not expecting to have any anymore unless there is a major security issue.
We are not planning on bringing any kf5 packages into epel10 for them to never have an update.

If qelectrotech still needs kf5, then you need to file an issue / bug report with them.

Looks like they've been trying to port to qt6 for a while now, and if I'm reading it right, the problem is Windows ??.
https://qelectrotech.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=1812&p=7

It looks like gentoo has a patch that got it working.

Anyway, it looks like it's being worked on.

I understand

BTW, qelectrotech is a very small project with very small resources

2 years between version 0.90 and 0.100 :s

So QT6 upgrade will probably takes long time...

Have you tried to make a build with kf6/qt6 enabled with the gentoo patches? That might allow you to package this for el10.1
