Fixed by https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libsoup/-/commit/2e8fd6739b275ae9bc17ccecdab2a970b1ecc081 , referenced through the https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libsoup/-/issues/489 , but it missed the 3.6.6 release.
