Please fix device-mapper-multipath at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
device-mapper-multipath will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 45,
device-mapper-multipath will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This is due to ISO C23 changing some functions to macros, combined with multipath's strict error checking during compile. I'll update the package to 0.13.1, which fixes this.
