Description:
An easy-to-configure and flexible logger that writes logs to stderr or
stdout and/or to files. It allows custom logline formats, and it allows
changing the log specification at runtime. It also allows defining
additional log streams, e.g. for alert or security messages.

There seems to be some problem with the following file.

Fetching it results in a 404 Not Found error.

I'll be happy to review, but:
Is this specifically the version you need or can you update to the latest one?

You can easily patch the temp-dir dev-dependency from 0.1 to 0.2, https://github.com/emabee/flexi_logger/pull/204, which would allow you to package the latest release in bug 2434109.
