Description of problem:
Bug 243464 requires a virt-manager update, which in turn has a dependancy on
python-virtinst. Thus bug is to track update to virt-inst  0.103.0 to satisfy
that dependancy.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.

The python-virtinst-0.103.0-1.el5 RPM is built into  dist-5E-qu-candidate
