ophcrack failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f44

Please fix ophcrack at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
ophcrack will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 45,
ophcrack will be retired, if it still fails to build.

The issue was with 
BuildRequires:  pkgconfig(qwt5-qt4)

qwt5-qt4 package is not available on F44

Replaced with qwt5-qt5, now it builds successfully. And the application seems to work.
