Please fix rust-cbindgen at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
rust-cbindgen will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 45,
rust-cbindgen will be retired, if it still fails to build.

test_body is hitting an error on non-c-typedef-for-linkage, which is new in GCC 16.

It fails with Clang too, which added this error way back in version 11, 6 years ago.
