Update the taglib package from 1.13 to 2.x (2.1.1 as of the time of writing), which is an ABI and API break, and rebuild or port all dependents to the new version.

The taglib 2.1.1 version bump, taglib1 compat package, and rebuilds/updates of most dependents were included in https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2026-2f468d8742

A few dependents were subsequently updated individually.  Currently, only soundkonverter has yet to be updated, waiting on maintainer's review of https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/soundkonverter/pull-request/2

The soundkonverter maintainer has been unresponsive.  The taglib1 compat package will keep this functioning for F44.
