On boot, when Plasma-login-manager loads, the "wallpaper" is just black for 3-4 seconds, before the space shuttle "wallpaper" loads, which is right about the time I'm done typing in my password, and loading into the desktop

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Boot Machine into graphical target

Actual Results:
Wallpaper is black for 3-4 seconds, then the Fedora Wallpaper loads

Expected Results:
PLM loads the Fedora Wallpaper when PLM loads
