Bug 2440117

Description of problem:
I reproduced https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2411805#c14, via `kcmshell6 kcm_wallpaper`. Upon successful `qdbus-qt6 org.kde.LogoutPrompt /LogoutPrompt  org.kde.LogoutPrompt.promptLogout`, whereupon PlasmaShell successfully reinitialised, I noticed that a reproduction of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2416690#c0 was logged, which explains why I've no upstream report for this component. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2411800#c39 was noticed when the aforestated was. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2440118#c0 was caused by whatever problem caused this.
