[heads up] myst-nb will fail to install with Sphinx 9+ which is going to be shipped in Fedora 45.

It blocks the allowed Sphinx version to 8 in its metadata.

I have applied the pull request mentioned above.  Sphinx 9 support is still preliminary, but at least myst-nb builds and installs now.
