Description Frank Büttner 2026-02-24 10:43:57 UTC
Description of problem:
The package are missing for EPEL-10

Additional info:
python-pytest-lazy-fixture-0.6.3-13.el9.src.rpm can be build using mock for EPEL-10
so I don't think it will be an big problem.

Thanks

Hi Frank,

I don't use EL and so don't have access to any machines to test out updates and so on---so I don't maintain packages for EPEL. If you'd like, and are a package maintainer for Fedora/EL I can add you as a maintainer for EPEL branches?

Cheers,
Ankur

Ah, hold on, Mikel is handling EL builds already (not very clear from our src.fp.o forge, sorry). Reassigning to them.

Comment 3 Mikel Olasagasti Uranga 2026-03-11 10:52:37 UTC
The pytest8 fix patch fails with pytest7, that is what EL9 & EL10 have.

Current EL9 builds fine now because the commit with the patch was introduced later for Fedora, but I think EL10 should go with latest commit from rawhide.

This PR would be enough:

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-pytest-lazy-fixture/pull-request/4

If Ankur is OK, I'll merge it and build EL10 version.
