Description of problem:
rst2pdf fails to install on rawhide due to its dependency on python-packaging 25 which is at version 26 in rawhide.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rst2pdf-0.104-2.fc44

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install rst2pdf

Actual results:
Failed to resolve the transaction:
Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides (python3.14dist(packaging) >= 25 with python3.14dist(packaging) < 26) needed by rst2pdf-0.104-2.fc44.noarch from fedora

Expected results:
rst2pdf gets installed

Additional info:
Fix is suggested upstream:
https://github.com/rst2pdf/rst2pdf/pull/1299

An alternative fix would patch out the versioned dependency.
