Description Charalampos Stratakis 2026-03-13 00:08:22 UTC
Hello,

python-treq is a dependency of buildbot and it already has builds for EPEL8 and EPEL9. Could an EPEL10 build be created?

If you do not have capacity to maintain it for EPEL10 you can add me as a co-maintainer (FAS: cstratak).

I would love to see more help with this package in EPEL, but it's going to be up to Yatin to add you.

Currently the EPEL bugzilla assignee is epel-packagers-sig, which has been deprecated so it should go to someone in particular. I'd be happy to have you take it if you'd like.

It currently fails to build with:

No matching package to install: 'python3dist(multipart)'

so that's going to have to be built first.

I have requested the various epel10/.2/.1 branches.

multipart is currently on updates-testing.
