Description petrosyan 2007-06-20 19:16:42 UTC
Description of problem:
according to Gnome HIG menu item tooltips should be phrased as a verb.
http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gup/hig/2.0/desktop-integration.html#menu-item-tooltips

"About Fedora" menu item tooltip from
/usr/share/applications/about-fedora.desktop is "About Fedora" and is not
phrased as a verb.

In analogy with "About GNOME" menu item tooltip it should be phrased as "Learn
more about Fedora"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
fedora-release-notes-7.0.0-1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
less /usr/share/applications/about-fedora.desktop

Comment 1 Paul W. Frields 2007-06-21 04:07:54 UTC
This is fixed in CVS and should be pushed out in a fedora-release-notes package
update shortly. Thanks for catching this.
