Please branch and build qt5-qtwebkit in epel10.

If you do not wish to maintain qt5-qtwebkit in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS: jonathanspw);

Please have a look at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1872819 as it's the reason why it's retired for EPEL 10 branch
