cosmic-settings-daemon requires acpid on all arches, but that package does not exist on ppc64le or s390x. The dep should be left out on those arches.

(you know, for all those people who want to run alternative desktops on their mainframes...)

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 45 development cycle.
Changing version to 45.
