Description of problem:
Data digest CRC error detected by iSCSI target device when data digest is enabled.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable data digest in iscsi.conf and configure target portals.
2. Restart iSCSI.
3. Run filesystem I/Os.
  
Actual results:
Target restarts sessions that it receives data digest CRC errors on.

Expected results:
No data digest CRC errors.

It is documented in the version for RHEL 5.1,
iscsi-initiator-utils-6.2.0.865-0.5.el5, that data digests are not supported.
The code to enable it is also disabled.
