Problem 1: cannot install both rocm-llvm-filesystem-22-7.rocm7.2.1.fc45.x86_64 from rawhide and rocm-llvm-filesystem-22-1.rocm7.2.0.fc45.x86_64 from @System
  - installed package rocm-libc++-22-1.rocm7.2.0.fc45.x86_64 requires rocm-llvm-filesystem(x86-64) = 22-1.rocm7.2.0.fc45, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package rocm-llvm-filesystem-22-1.rocm7.2.0.fc45.x86_64
  - problem with installed package
 Problem 2: cannot install both rocm-llvm-filesystem-22-7.rocm7.2.1.fc45.x86_64 from rawhide and rocm-llvm-filesystem-22-1.rocm7.2.0.fc45.x86_64 from @System
  - installed package rocm-libc++-22-1.rocm7.2.0.fc45.x86_64 requires rocm-llvm-filesystem(x86-64) = 22-1.rocm7.2.0.fc45, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package rocm-clang-22-7.rocm7.2.1.fc45.x86_64 from rawhide requires rocm-llvm-filesystem(x86-64) = 22-7.rocm7.2.1.fc45, but none of the providers can be installed
  - installed package rocm-libc++-devel-22-1.rocm7.2.0.fc45.x86_64 requires rocm-libc++(x86-64) = 22-1.rocm7.2.0.fc45, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package rocm-clang-22-1.rocm7.2.0.fc45.x86_64
  - problem with installed package

Package                 Arch    Version                 Repository        Size
Skipping packages with conflicts:
 rocm-llvm-filesystem   x86_64  22-7.rocm7.2.1.fc45     rawhide        0.0   B
Skipping packages with broken dependencies:
 rocm-clang             x86_64  22-7.rocm7.2.1.fc45     rawhide      147.2 MiB

Nothing to do.

I believe this is due to:

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rocm-compilersupport/c/d66cfe26a8794beedae96b55fe97e4680b2b2ac6?branch=rawhide

Which essentially disables the rocm-libc++, but does not provide any means to remove the library from the system.

BTW I don't understand why there is so many subpackages if they are not optional at all.

Reproducible: Always

The workaround is:

~~~
$ sudo dnf update --best --allowerasing
~~~

It also requires `--best`. The `--allowerasing` is not enough for some reasons.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 45 development cycle.
Changing version to 45.
