Description of problem:
When running F9 (Send/Receive) the window showing thermomethers is not big enough for all my accounts. It used to work in FC6, when the window was just slightly bigger so it contained all activities without slidebar on the side.

Actual Results:
Window with progress meters shows up but it is not big enough for all activities so slidebar on the right side happens.

Expected Results:
Windows should be big enough for all activities.

That's on purpose.  We're considering having Evolution store the Send/Receive
dialog dimensions as an enhancement to the current behavior.
