perl-SDL-2.548-32.fc45 fails to build in Fedora 45 because a test fails:

#     'Palette is SDL::Palette when BitPerPixels is 8 ' isn't defined
Can't call method "ncolors" on an undefined value at t/core_palette.t line 48.

Failed 5/10 subtests 

A difference between passing and failing build root is at <https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/build/22950124>. An upgrade of SDL3 from 3.4.0-3.fc44 to 3.4.4-1.fc45 is suspicious.
