Description of problem:
Not a 'problem', missing functionality

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Sat server 4.2.1 running on RHEL4u5 (x86)

Need a way of programmatically subscribing to a config channel.  rhncfg-manager
gives me most of the functionality I need but its missing:
- a subscribe function
- options to supply username and password non-interactively (i.e. -u user -p pass)

This bug can be closed as this functionality exists in Sat v5.1 and above (maybe even Sat v5.0).
