The `_kiwi_build` openQA job failed while building a Fedora 45 Workstation Live image with `kiwi-ng` inside `mock`.

The failure was caused by an unsatisfied RPM dependency in the Fedora 45 buildroot repository. The package `gnome-shell-extension-background-logo-50.0-1.fc45.noarch` requires:

gnome-shell(api) = 50.0
```

However, the available `gnome-shell-50.1-2.fc45.x86_64` package in the same repository provides:

gnome-shell(api) = 50
```

DNF might treat `50` and `50.0` as different capability versions, so nothing satisfies the extension’s dependency. This prevents the KIWI image build from resolving the package transaction and causes the test to fail.

Steps to Reproduce:

```bash
dnf5 repoquery \
  --repofrompath buildroot,https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/repos/f45-build/latest/x86_64/ \
  --repo buildroot \
  --requires gnome-shell-extension-background-logo
```

which returns `gnome-shell(api) = 50.0`, while:

```bash
dnf5 repoquery \
  --repofrompath buildroot,https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/repos/f45-build/latest/x86_64/ \
  --repo buildroot \
  --provides gnome-shell
```

Actual Results:
shows only `gnome-shell(api) = 50`

Expected Results:
The dependency should be made consistent, either by changing the extension requirement to `gnome-shell(api) = 50`, or by making `gnome-shell` provide `gnome-shell(api) = 50.0`, depending on the intended packaging convention.

The bug is in gnome-shell-extension-background-logo, I think. It was bumped to 50.0 yesterday, but the shell_version global wasn't changed back to a stable-release-safe version.

It used to be:

%global shell_version %%(cut -d "." -f 1 <<<%{version})

but in https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/gnome-shell-extension-background-logo/c/27e5b7a36779cc129537faa329af9849bf6b6fc5?branch=rawhide it was changed to a version that is only correct for pre-releases, I think:

%global shell_version %%(cut -d "~" -f 1 <<<%{version})

in https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/gnome-shell-extension-background-logo/c/b8aea6e3dc6887e3b69b4355aa84819868318f06?branch=rawhide the package was bumped to 50.0, but the shell_version definition wasn't changed back. It either needs to be changed every time we go between stable and pre-release, or it needs to be tweaked to a version that works for both.

This breaks live image build, so it's an automatic Beta blocker per "Bugs which entirely prevent the composition of one or more of the release-blocking images required to be built for a currently-pending (pre-)release" - https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:SOP_blocker_bug_process#Automatic_blockers

New build is incoming, but of course nothing can be built until after the s390x outage is resolved. So we'll need to be patient.

Special request: please close this bug report if the new build resolves the issue.

Actually, I'm going to close this now, because I am a big boy developer and I can verify the fix myself:

So I'm quite confident we'll be good once the build is able to proceed.
