Description:
A simple, small, flexible, single-header C++11 argument parsing library.  This
is designed to appear somewhat similar to Python's argparse, but in C++, with
static type checking, and hopefully a lot faster (also allowing fully nestable
group logic, where Python's argparse does not).

After a sync with Carl in our mentoring meeting, I decided to take this bz and continue with the approval process.


Looks like Paul already approved it in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2439787#c7, so I will just set the correct fedora-review flags. I won't be posting again the fedora-review output since the package is the same and it was already provided in the previous bz.
