Description of problem:
qt-creator needs to be rebuilt for RHEL8.10

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHEL 8.10
2. Install qt-creator (dnf install qt-creator)
3. Try to update packages (dnf update)

Actual results:
Error:
