Confirming that the rmcp-1.7.0 is present in the goose-1.36 build:

```
[root@vm-10-0-185-134 ~]# strings $(which goose) | grep -iE 'rmcp-'
/builddir/build/BUILD/goose-1.36.0/vendor/rmcp-1.7.0/src/service.rs
[root@vm-10-0-185-134 ~]# rpm -q --provides goose | grep rmcp
bundled(crate(rmcp)) = 1.7.0
bundled(crate(rmcp-macros)) = 1.7.0
```

The new goose version will be available soon
