Description:
The memory resource limitation of bash doesn't work in kernel Linux 2.6.*.
this is a request to change the man page of bash(1) to set expectations to
system administrators.

Actual Results:
Though there is a category "ulimit -m" in man bash(1), this resource doesn't
take any effect when using kernels 2.6

Expected Results:
The man bash(1) page should state this difference of behavior.
