Description of problem:
Ansible seems to be missing from epel10. Currently we are resolving Ansible dependency in our build through fc40.

Thank you for the report. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2308951#c7. It is not feasible to package ansible in EPEL 10, but we can package the standalone ansible-collection-* packages.
