The advancecomp package *does* contain some code forked from a now-ancient version of 7-Zip, but it does not contain any code related to UEFI firmware image, nor does it contain a function called ParseDepedencyExpression (or ParseDependencyExpression), so it isn’t affected by this CVE. https://www.cve.org/CVERecord?id=CVE-2026-48111 |
