I'm not entirely clear on what the problem is. Are you saying that you can't boot a RHEL-5 PV guest, or that you can't boot a RHEL-4 PV guest? In either case, please provide the complete dmesg output from the guest and /var/log/xen/xend.log and /var/log/xen/xend-debug.log.
