Not affected — this flaw is specific to OTP 27.0 and later. The responder-certificate validity check involved sits in code that doesn't exist in the OTP 26 series, which is what both EPEL 9 and the CentOS Messaging SIG (erlang-26.2.5.21-4) ship.
