Description of problem:
USB thumb drive now not recognised in that it is not possible to view the
contents of the drive

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Kernal 2.6.22.1-27.fc7

How reproducible:
Very

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Simply plug in drive to any USB port

Actual results:
USB drive is recognised properly (see log) but no window opens whether as root
or not.  Previous Kernal (2.6.21-1.3228.fc7) works fine

Expected results:
Mount the drive

This does not seem to have anything to do with the scsi-target-utils package.
That package is for iscsi/scsi target mode (you can basically make your server
serve up scsi data).

Changing component to kernel.

isolate current bugs in the fedora kernel.

There hasn't been much activity on this bug for a while. Could you tell me if

As indicated previously there has been no update on the progress of this bug
therefore I am closing it as INSUFFICIENT_DATA. Please re-open if the issue
still occurs for you and I will try to assist in its resolution. Thank you for
taking the time to report the initial bug.
