The issue is well-described here - https://github.com/bluez/bluez/issues/1898 and a fix was merged back in February. The issue is still happening with the current version of bluez-5.86-5.fc44.x86_64

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Connect a bluetooth headset with multiple profiles 
2.Some of the profiles aren't available due to "Device or resource busy"
3.Sound doesn't work

There was a new upstream version tagged yesterday, kernel.org is having some infra issues ATM but we'll update it RSN.
