yp-tools-debuginfo is useless due to "install -s" being used during build.

Fix: make DESTDIR="$RPM_BUILD_ROOT" INSTALL_PROGRAM=install install

ypserv-2.19-5.fc7 has been pushed to the Fedora 7 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
