It looks like a timeout of pnp ACPI that should be increased. Hello Sander, I'm reviewing this bug as part of the kernel bug triage project, an attempt to isolate current bugs in the fedora kernel. http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/KernelBugTriage I am CC'ing myself to this bug and will try and assist you in resolving it if I can. There hasn't been much activity on this bug for a while. Could you tell me if you are still having problems with the latest kernel? If the problem no longer exists then please close this bug or I'll do so in a few days if there is no additional information lodged. Cheers Chris (In reply to comment #2) > Hello Sander, > > I'm reviewing this bug as part of the kernel bug triage project, an attempt to > isolate current bugs in the fedora kernel. > > http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/KernelBugTriage > > I am CC'ing myself to this bug and will try and assist you in resolving it if > I can. > > There hasn't been much activity on this bug for a while. Could you tell me if > you are still having problems with the latest kernel? I am running the latest FC7 kernel and the problem still exists. I found out it is related to the docking station: - If I boot from the docking station acpi finds 14 devices and all works fine. - If I boot without docking station acpi finds 12 devices and wacom fails Thanks for the update. Could you attach the following outputs as separate text/plain attachments: # lspci -vvxxx (when docked) dmesg without docking station dmesg with docking station lsmod after boot from docking station lsmod after boot without docking station I appreciate there is a lot there however this will enable me to assign the relevant maintainer to the issue. > Could you tell me if you are still having problems with the latest kernel?
This bug disappeared when I upgraded to kernel version 2.6.22.9-91.fc7.
