If you do not wish to maintain tbb2020.3 in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,

The rawhide branch builds against EPEL 10 cleanly.

That package was added to rawhide as a crutch to keep some packages building when the main tbb package was updated to a newer version. It's not something we want to maintain or support any more than absolutely necessary. I've given you commit access on the epel* branches so you can maintain it in EPEL.
