This is a tracking bug for Change: Stratis Storage in Anaconda

This change aims to add support for installing Fedora on Stratis filesystems. This includes support in Kickstart for automated installation and manual partitioning in the Anaconda WebUI using Cockpit Storage.

Current status:
- All pykickstart changes are done and available in rawhide in pykickstart-3.77-1.fc45
- All blivet changes are done and available in rawhide in python-blivet-3.14.1-1.fc45
- Anaconda support for automatic partitioning with Stratis is released and available in anaconda-45.16-1.fc45, manual partitioning support is going through final reviews and should be released later this week.

The latest Fedora 45 build - Fedora-45-20260820.n.0 - has all the required packages, so moving this to ON_QA.
