Please fix python-urllib3 at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
python-urllib3 will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 46,
python-urllib3 will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Miro Hrončok opened an incomplete draft PR upstream for this at https://github.com/urllib3/urllib3/pull/5097 a couple of weeks ago. Upstream offered a suggestion/revision. Getting that PR across the finish line should fix this FTBFS.
