For some reason libgit2 isn't available on F45 despite having been build there some time ago. No build is listed here: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/libgit2

This causes the Julia build to fail.

libgit2 is available, the package was renamed to libgit2_1.9, as discussed and announced as part of this Change:

I sent a pull request to fix this issue two months ago (it no longer applies cleanly due to the mass rebuild).
