Spec URL: https://rathann.fedorapeople.org/review/sdmon/sdmon.spec
SRPM URL: https://rathann.fedorapeople.org/review/sdmon/sdmon-0.9.0%5e20260721git8a70aed-1.fc45.src.rpm

This program reads out the health data of some industrial grade SD

As far as I can see, the readme says simply "released under GNU GPL v2", and the sources have no license headers.
Might be worth asking upstream whether this is GPL-2.0-or-later or GPL-2.0-only?

> %build
> %set_build_flags
Calling %set_build_flags manually is not needed since Fedora 36.
