A flaw was found in the Media component of Google Chrome. A remote attacker, who has already gained initial access to the browser's rendering process, could use a specially designed web page to trigger an out-of-bounds read. This vulnerability could allow the attacker to bypass security restrictions, potentially leading to a sandbox escape.
