I have a habit of scrolling by the arrow keys on the keyboard; it works with
most browsers after I click on the text, co that the focus is in the text area.

With yelp-2.18.1-5.fc7 this does not seem to work.

I was too quick to file a report, sorry.  (Surprisigly,) the text area contains
a cursor.
