Improper Validation of Certificate with Host Mismatch vulnerability in Apache Thrift C++ bindings.

This issue affects Apache Thrift: before 0.24.0.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 45 development cycle.
Changing version to 45.
