Please branch and build getmail6 for EPEL 10.

The package is already maintained in Fedora, but is currently not available in EPEL 10.

Use case:
getmail6 is needed on a Rocky Linux 10 mail server for IMAP IDLE retrieval with delayed deletion using delete_after.

The currently enabled EPEL 10 repositories do not provide either getmail or getmail6.

Target system:
Rocky Linux 10.2, x86_64

If possible, please also provide a build compatible with the current EPEL 10.2 repository.
 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install and enable EPEL 10 on Rocky Linux 10.
2. Refresh the repository metadata.
3. Run: dnf install getmail6

Actual Results:
DNF reports that no package named getmail6 is available in the enabled EPEL 10 repositories.


Expected Results:
getmail6 should be available as an installable and maintained package in EPEL 10.

getmail6 is already packaged and maintained in Fedora:

The target system is Rocky Linux 10.2 x86_64 with EPEL and CRB enabled.

The package is required for an internal Gromox mail server. The intended use is IMAP retrieval with IDLE support and delayed deletion of successfully retrieved messages using delete_after = 30.

It took some effort due to https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/decommissioning-of-pagure-io-anticipated-by-flock-2026/181997/21

But I think I've successfully build and submitted a new package for epel10, thanks for the suggestion, please report a new bug if it doesn't work.

I successfully installed getmail6-6.20.0-2.el10_3.noarch from the Koji build on Rocky Linux 10.2 x86_64.

The host provides Python 3.12.13. DNF resolved all dependencies and the installation completed successfully.
`rpm -V getmail6` reports no verification errors, and `getmail --version` reports getmail 6.20.00.

The --idle command-line option is available. A functional IMAP IDLE and delete_after test will follow.

FEDORA-EPEL-2026-033e509588 (getmail6-6.20.0-2.el10_3) has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 10.3 stable repository.
If problem still persists, please make note of it in this bug report.
