I have the same issue. In logs only suspicious thing I see is "App gnome-keyring-secrets.desktop sets X-GNOME-Autostart-Phase, but gnome-session no longer manages session services". Let me know if I can help with something. I downgraded to gdm-50.0-1.fc44 and keyring unlocks at login. I have opened a gdm bug report for this issue. Bug 2521030 This is an upstream gdm bug not gnome-keyring. Closing. Correction: I can confirm gdm-50.2-1.fc44 is the cause. I downgraded to gdm-50.1-1.fc44 and keyring unlocks at login.
