The partitions for LVM PVs are marked as "Linux" instead of "LVM member", which apparently causes issues with LVM tooling.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build the Fedora Server AArch64 hardware image
2. Look at partition table for the image
3.
Actual Results:
See LVM PV partitions marked as Linux instead of LVM

See LVM PV partitions marked as LVM instead of Linux

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 45-beta by Fedora user ngompa using the blocker tracking app because:

 This fixes a defect in the image creation process so that LVM PVs are marked as LVM members.

In the end we signed off Beta-1.3 for release without this. Dropping FE status.
