Description of problem:

[root@helios log]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/dhcdbd status
/etc/rc.d/init.d/dhcdbd: line 27: /lib/lsb/init-functions: Datei oder
Verzeichnis nicht gefunden

There is no /lib/lsb resulting in failure in acquiring an ip-address.
