Try enabling your "Exchange Operations" plugin.

I know it's kind of brain-dead to have to enable a plugin when you've already
installed the add-on module. As I understand it, the plugin is simply an
artifact of how the Exchange functionality used to work before it was split into
a separate module.

Comment 3 Matthew Saltzman 2007-08-16 23:30:43 UTC
OK That does fix it.

I agree with your assessment of the brain damage, but the worse problem is that
this represents a change in behavior from previous versions. Prior to this (at
least in the original F7 version), the plugin either didn't show in the list or
was already enabled by default. Other plugins don't require enabling when their
packages are installed either, IIRC. See, e.g.,
evolution-remove-duplicates-0.0.2-6.fc7.

Thanks for the tip.

Comment 4 Matthew Barnes 2007-08-17 00:44:20 UTC
I'm fairly certain the plugin has been there in some form or another since at
least FC5, but for some unknown reason it likes to switch itself off every now
and then. Maybe someday this will get fixed properly, but I'm not holding my
breath.

Anyway, upstream is well aware of these issues, so I'm going to close your
original problem report about the OWA URL not showing up as NOTABUG.

Comment 5 Matthew Saltzman 2007-08-17 01:29:17 UTC
Fair enough. Hopefully it will turn up in searches for others who run into this.
