Description of problem:
The current RHEL5 python-virtinst will check and warn if the user attempts an
installation to a device that is currently in use by another domain (including
inactive domains). The same check is not applied to regular files (loop or tap
devices).

This was fixed upstream by the following commit:

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure a domain using a regular file as its storage
2. De-activate the domain
3. Attempt to configure a domain using the same regular file as was used in step 1.
  
Actual results:
No warnings that the image is already in use by another domain.

Expected results:
A warning is output, as in the case for domains using block device backed storage.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.
